To get hyped up for the second weekend of Rays of Faith, I decided to make a cake with my wife’s help for the instructor, Shaykh Waleed Basyouni, for when he came into town the next night. Here’s how it happened.

At Route 114: ‘Ulum Al-Qur’an taught by Shaykh Mohammed Faqih, our instructor gave students an optional project to complete in between the two weekends of the seminar. We have here (almost) all of the submissions for you to check out.

We did something a little different at The Shepherd’s Path with our awesome new venue, and the mommies loved it!
